Re: Lot 33 Final Review Application Submission
Dear Robert:
The Design Review Board is in receipt of your completed Final Review Application
dated June, 3, 2015 to build a new 3 level 6,957 square foot home and 3 stall 1,285
square foot attached garage. We met with you and your contractor and architect on June
3, 2015 and reviewed all of the required drawings and discussed the sample board in
detail. You have designed a beautifiil home and the drawings, exterior materials,
lighting and landscaping appear complete at this time. We also acknowledge receipt of
your $600 final review fee. There remains some pending items that require submission
before the DRB can deem this application complete and final approval of your
submission granted.
We look forward to working with you on the construction of your new home this summer
and meeting you on site at various stages of the construction process. Upon receipt of the
required $15,000 Construction Completion Deposit to Cerise Ranch Property Owners
Association, proof of payment to Mid Valley Metro District of all fees due to them, a
copy of your Garfield County Building Permit, DRB approval of final rock material to be
used on retaining walls along driveway and Larkspur Drive and Irrigation Plan you will
be approved to proceed with construction by the Design Review Board. Please note
Section 111 of the Final Review Application for items that are required at a later date -
Construction Procedure Meetings, Final Compliance Authorization and Certificate of
Occupancy.
