A final Electrical Inspection from the Colorado State Electrical Inspector 2. Permanent address assigned by Garfield County Building Department posted where readily visible from access road; 3. Plans must include a floor plan, a concrete footing and foundation plan, elevations all sides with decks, balcony, steps, hand rails and guard rails, windows and doors, including the finish grade line.
