Dear Mr. A,guiae, A5 ki I r c
This is a letter of agreement concerning a building permit that is being issued to you for construction of a
new two story modular single family dwelling at the above address. Your property is located in the
Agricultural/Residential zone district. Only one dwelling is allowed to be on the property in that zone
district. There is currently an "old abandoned house" on the property as described on your site plan. The
"old abandoned house" must be removed from the property or it must be converted to use for "storage" or
other accessory use before a final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy will be issued on the new modular
house. If you decide to leave the "old abandoned house" on your property it will have to be stripped of any
kitchen and bathroom facilities so that it may not be used as a dwelling.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Yours truly,
Steve Hackett

RE: Permit # 8900 / Change in windows size for modular basement.
We hereby advise of change of size in windows for basement of a pre -fabricated home
located at 5154 County Rd 214, New Castle, CO
We have decided to go instead with 3' x 4' windows for both side elevations and 3' x 5'
for back elevation as specified on plans. We felt the need to change the sizes and go
with stock windows instead and avoid the delays in ordering custom size windows.
If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the above phone
Thank yo
