The design is based on a soils report 103 151, dated March 27, 2003 by HP Geotech. This design assumes you will follow all recommendations made by HP Geotech for the construction of the foundation. We reviewed roof, wall and floor framing, in order to verify foundation reinforcing, and footing widths. We reviewed the systems based on the following loads: REST/IOU-11,Z P.Q. 80X 3088 CRESTED BUTTE, CO 81 224 970-349-5355 FX: 970-349.5358 Roof 20 psf dead 40 psf snow Floor 20 psf dead 40psf live/snow Foundation 1000 psf maximum soil bearing pressure Based on the member sizes and materials specified in this letter and as indicated on the attached sketch, our analysis indicates the systems will adequately support the loads as shown above. Attached is a sketch of the foundation plan indicating footing widths that will be required along with sections and details for the construction of the manufactured home foundation. Also attached are plans for the detached garage. Should you have any questions concerning the above, please call me at 970-945-1004. Sincerely, ......„11 ,D0 0/6._11, .,,,,,,fi. V d 1. , . ,- .
