Heuer 567 Lions Ridge Road Carbondale, CO 81623 DIRECTOR DETERMINATION Amended Final Plat, Creek Side Estates Lots 3 and 4 Garfield County File Number SFP2009 Dear Mr. Heuer, This letter is provided to you as the owner / applicant of Lot 3 and 4, Creek Side Estates. A request for an Administrative Permit for an Amended Plat to adjust the lot lines between Lots 3 and 4 has been reviewed and a Director Determination is issued approving the permit subject to the following conditions: 1. All representations of the applicant within the application shall be considered conditions of approval unless otherwise modified by the Determination of the Di rector. 2. The Applicant shall meet all requirements of the Garfield County Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008 and shall meet all building code requirements. Adjacent property owners may request reconsideration of this determination within 10 days. The Board of County Commissioners may call-up the application for review within 14 calendar days. The timeframe commences from the date of determination. If no request for reconsideration is received, the County will request the applicant to provide a mylar that will be signed by the BOCC and recorded. The attached file is the pertinent information regarding an amended plat application that will allow the adjustment of the configured lot lines between Creek Side Estates Lots 3 and 4. On April 7, 2009, the Director issued a Determination conditionally approving the request. The Board of County Commissioners has the ability to call-up the application for public hearing if it is deemed necessary. Pursuant to the regulatory requirements, the request for call-up should be received by our office by within 14 calendar days (April 20, 2009).
