The assumptions under which approval is given for proceeding by the DRC are that the following homes constructed will adhere to the design details presented with this submission in regard to architecture and landscaping. DRC is aware there are 4 models which vary slightly due to lot configuration and orientation. DRC also expects that any significant variations in either architecture or landscaping as herein approved will be presented to the committee for review as the project moves forward. It is also expected that construction management, staging of materials, trailers, sanitary facilities and vehicle parking, etc. will be managed so as to be in compliance with the Design Guidelines. Please advise me if your company or site foremen need copies of the Guidelines and the included "Construction Regulations", and I will be happy to provide them for you. The plans as submitted and reviewed have resolved the committee's concerns in regard to the roof lines and pitches, the amount of irrigated landscape proposed for these lots, the driveway and walkway materials, and, for this lot, the irrigation system to be used. The committee understands that ultimately, non -potable water supplied from the lakes within the project will feed a common irrigation system. Thank you for provision of the preliminary plans. DRC will appreciate being kept abreast of the progress of this system as it is refined and installed. Your plans as submitted for the model home to be constructed on Lot L-34 are approved. You may proceed with the submission of plans to Garfield County.
