Platte River Drive, Suite 200 Denver, Colorado 80223 Office: (303)715-9885 Fax: (303)715-9890 As you requested, we reviewed the structural plans for the residence (dated December 12, 2014) and the roof truss layout (sent to us via e-mail on September 8, 2015). The purpose of our review was to provide our opinion on the requirement for the header above the front window of bedroom 3. Based on the noted roof truss layout, it is our understanding that a girder truss will be used to span over the front bedroom 3 window. This being the case, it is our opinion that the window header called out on the structural plans is unnecessary. The scope of our review is limited to the items mentioned above.
