Plans must include a floor plan, a concrete footing and foundation plan, elevations all sides with decks, balcony, steps, hand rails and guard rails, windows and doors, including the finish grade line. A section showing in detail, from the bottom of the footing to the top of the roof, including re bar, anchor bolts, pressure treated plates, floor joists, wall studs and spacing, insulation, sheeting, house - rap, (which is required), siding or any approved building material.
