Subject: Geology and Hazard
The native soils types as designated by the United States Department of Agriculture Soil
Conservation Service in cooperation with Colorado Agricultural Experiment Station are
geologically formed in alluvium of sandstone shale or basalt. No geologic hazards within the site
are known to exist at the site. No man-made hazards have been identified on the site. Further, the
property is located within the low hazard area on the Garfield County Wildfire Hazards map.
