RE: Plat Amendment: Lions Ridge Estates
Dear ivlatk:
Pursuant to your telephone conversation the other day with Lions Ridge Estates
Homeowners' Association attorney, Susan Snyder, this letter is being submitted by the affected
landowners to request a plat amendment due to the proposed conveyances of the following
properties:
1. Lions Ridge Estates is selling parcels #1 and #2, as shown on the attached
preliminary plan, to the Carbondale Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses;
2. Lions Ridge Estates is acquiring parcel #4 from Mr. and Mrs. Franklin and
conveying that parcel to the Carbondale Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses;
3. The Carbondale Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses is conveying parcel #3 to
Lions Ridge Estates;
4. The Carbondale Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses is conveying a twenty foot
wide easement for utility purposes (parcel #5 on the preliminary plan) to Lions Ridge Estates.
The affected parties, Lions Ridge Estates, the Carbondale Congregation of Jehovah's
Witnesses and Mr. and Mrs. Franklin all consent to these conveyances and an amendment of the
plat for Lions Ridge Estates. Please review the submitted preliminary plan and this letter and
give Susan Snyder a call if you have any questions or need any further information. Thank you
