Also enclosed is a plat prepared by Scarrow and Walker concerning a proposed boundary line adjustment with the BLM (dated 7/31/02). As you can see from the ILC, there appears to be a slight encroachment onto BLM land. Thus, what we are proposing to the BLM, is that we engage in a land swap with the BLM and give the BLM a portion of land adjacent to the Johnson's land and BLM land, in exchange for the BLM deeding a portion of land of the exact same square footage - .51 acres, or 22152.9 square feet.
