*CONDITIONS:
1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to au-
thority granted in 66-44-4, CRS 1963, amended 66-3-14, CRS 1963.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County zoning and building requirements.
Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola-
tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section 111, 3.24 requires any person w.ho constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which in-
volves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications contained in the application of permit commits a Class 1,
Petty Offense ($500.00 fine — 6 months in jail or both).

We were never called for a gas piping inspection on this permit. I checked the piping
installation when I went for final inspection. Looks ok. We still have not had a pressure
test that we observed. I called Scott Brynildson, owner of B&B Plumbing in Rifle, and
he told me that they were called out to fix a problem with the gas. Then installer had put
in the piping and pressurized it and ruined all the valves on the gas appliances. B&B
replaced all the valves and pressure tested the system but were not told that this was new
construction that was under permit. I will approve the gas piping based on the word of
Mr. Brynildson.

It appears as though the new modular home, placed with Garfield County building permit #8550, is being
illegally occupied. It is a violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 30-28-205 & 210, Uniform Building Code,
to occupy a modular home until final inspections have been completed and a Certificate of Occupancy has
been issued. The old single wide mobile home must be removed from the property.
You are hereby given notice, pursuant to the above statutes, that you must completely correct the violations
within thirty (30) days of the date this notice is received. Please be advised that violation of the above
statutes is a misdemeanor crime punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprisonment for not more
than ten days, or both, and that each day that the violation continues is deemed to be a separate offense.
