I checked the piping installation when I went for final inspection. Looks ok. We still have not had a pressure test that we observed. I called Scott Brynildson, owner of B&B Plumbing in Rifle, and he told me that they were called out to fix a problem with the gas. Then installer had put in the piping and pressurized it and ruined all the valves on the gas appliances. B&B replaced all the valves and pressure tested the system but were not told that this was new construction that was under permit. I will approve the gas piping based on the word of Mr. Brynildson.
