Your submission is approved conditional upon provision of a revised site plan showing a single curb cut in replacement of the double cut originally presented. We will also need submission of specifications and locations of your exterior lighting fixtures prior to your ordering of the same. Please contact me when you are delivering either of the above items. Otherwise, yours was a very complete submission, and the committee is impressed with the home's design. Three inspections need to occur during construction of your home. These will ultimately be your responsibility and bear upon release of the Builder's Completion Deposit. Please contact the DRC Administrator at (970) 963-4536 upon completion of the foundation and dry -in phases of construction and for your final on-site review by the DRC.
