An application for subdivision of the 2.8 acre Tract A, Club Villa site at Aspen Glen is currently being considered for approval by Garfield County. As a requirement of subdivision approval, a complete utility plan has been submitted. Following approval of that plan, water, sewer, gas, electrical, TV, and phone lines will be connected to the residence per the approved subdivision utility plan. 2. Crawl space ventilation per U.B.C. guidelines will be addressed prior to a framing inspection after the volume of the crawl space has been determined. 3. The living room fireplace will be a wood burning fireplace converted to natural gas log use. The master bedroom fire lace will be a direct wall vent natural gas appliance. A sing e natural gas boiler and two 50 gallon natural gas hot water heaters will be located within the mechanical room. The mechanical room floor will be elevated so that any flame devices within the boiler or hot water heater are at least 18" off the garage floor elevation. The boiler and water heaters will be approved for wall venting.
