Do Not Pay This Now. The initial prorated invoice wilt be sent to the legal contact shortly. The Division is currently developing a new permit and associated certification for the above permitted facility. The development and review procedures required by law have not yet been completed. The Construction Stormwater General Permit, which will expire June 30, 2012, will be administratively continued and will remain in effect under Section 104(7) of the Administrative Procedures Act, C.R.S. 1973, 24-4-101, et seq (1982 rept. vol. 10) until a new permit/certification is issued and effective. The renewal for this facility will be based on the application that was received 12/28/2012. Please read the enclosed permit and certification.
