The owner is requesting to be able to occupy the existing house during the construction of the new house. The owner is going to demolish the existing structure prior to Certification of Occupancy (per county code) after receiving the necessary permits_ The owner does understand that no occupancy or storage can take place prior to the Certificate of Occupancy.
