When reviewing a plan and it's discovered that required infmmation has not been provided by the applicant, this will result in the delay of the penni! issuance and in proceeding with building constmction. The owner or contractor shall be required to provide this information before the plan review can proceed. Other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new infom1ation may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Please review this document to determine if you have enough information to design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review. Also, please consider using a design professional for assistance in your design and a construction professional for construction of your project. Any project with more than ten (10) occupants requires the plans to be sealed by a Colorado Registered Design Professional. To provide for a more understandable plan and in order to dete1mine compliance with the building, plumbing and mechanical codes, applicants are requested to review the following checklist prior to and during design. The structure is engineered to 90 mph Wind and 40 psf Snow Loads (Exposure "C") in accordance with me and ASCE criteria. ::::> -:=;: a . Dimensions The proposed dimensions are 30'W x 60'L x 24 'IJ Heavy Duty Double Arch Gable WeatherPORT Structure. Frame (describe fa·ame) Frame components arc Hot Galvanized Struch.tral Steel , 50,000 psi , cotTo sion resistant, triple coated, and non-toxic. Main arche8 are 2 W' square trussed beam design for optimum strength and performance, with minimal internal intrusion. Arches are 12 " deep, spaced on l 0' increment!>. Seven (7) Rows of Spacer-purlins (single tube) provide interim support betw een ru·che~. The main structure is braced with snap fit intcrnal luteral cables which do not interfere with the clear space of the structure. Frame components require a minimum or pins and bolts and are easily erected. Anchoring WeathcrPORT anchoring systems are designed for eatth , asphalt, wood, or concrete and engineered to meet specified wind and snow loads. The base is continuous 2" square structural steel , pre-drilled at atlachment points with a spike anchoring system. Each structure i~ also supplied with two (2) catth anchors per arch for in creased anchoring capabilities. Structures to be placed on concrete pads or piling systems are suppl ied with concrete anchors. Cover Fabric 1l1i s enclosure employs a high strength 19 oz. per square yard (PVC) vin yl polyester scrim primary fabric . The fabric is dura ble , res istant to abrasion, water, oils, chemicals and grease (POL). All fabri cs meet commercial/public usc fire codes (Ccrtifcation available upon request). All fabric components arc available in white or custom col ors . Fabric options include opaque block-out and trans lucent.
