NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of
the County of Garfield, State of Colorado, will hold a
public hearing on July 26, 1972 at the hour of 8:30 P.M.
in the District Courtroom in the Garfield County Courthouse
in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, to consider the preliminary
Plat of Panoramic Mesa Subdivision; the said Panoramic
Mesa Subdivision, which includes the lands described on
said Preliminary Plat, is located on Silt Mesa and is
more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land situated in the SW4SE4 of Section 36, Township 5 South, Range
92 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, lying Northerly of the Northerly
rght-of-way Zine of a County Road as constructed and in place and Westerly
of a fence as constructed and in place, said tract of land being described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said
County Road, whence a rock corner found in place and properly
marked for the East Quarter Corner of Section 4, Township 6 South,
Range 92 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, bears: S.13°33'
II" E. 3116.94 feet; thence N.19°46'35" E. 467.29 feet; thence N.
20°24'40" E. 101.78 feet; thence N.09°16'02" E. 84.29 feet; thence
N.29°05135" E. 188.74 feet; thence N.00°48'20" E. 85.29 feet; thence
N.85°39'23" E. 98.97 feet to a point in said fence; thence S.00°
09'10" E. 590.94 feet along said fence; thence S.83°39'22" E.
13.18 feet along said fence; thence S.00°12'29" E. 107.41 feet along
said fence; thence S.27°14'22" W. 27.66 feet along said fence;
thence S.00°02'29" E. 150.65 feet along said fence, to a
point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said road; thence S.
89°51'39" W. 401.35 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of
sdd road to the point of beginning, containing 4.91 acres, more
or less.
Together with a parcel of land to be used as a water well location, said parcel
being situated in the SWeSE4 of said Section 36, said parcel of land being de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of ^
said County Road, whence a rock corner found in place and properly marked for the
East Quarter Corner of Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 92 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian bears: N.89°38'45" E. 234.55 feet and S.13°33'11" E. 3116.
94 feet; thence N.88°55'10" W. 13.70 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of
said County Road; thence N.07°11'28" E. 18.28 feet; thence S.88°55'10" E. 13.70
feet; thence S.07°Ii'28" W. 18.28 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way
Line of said County Road, the point of beginning, containing 0.006 acres, more
