We still need a building permit, but it has been substantially simplified. The pump house building is skid mounted and is heavy enough that it will not need to be anchored. We need to provide an engineer's statement that says it does not need to be anchored. Should be able to get from the building supplier's engineer. Need a photo of the blue label. Cari sent this to me today. This shows the design specifications that Andy is looking for. Need to provide a landing the is at least the width of the man door and 3 feet wide or 3 x 3, whichever is larger. May need to provide steps down from the floor to the ground -maximum rise is 7 inches, minimum run is 11 inches. A ramp will serve this purpose also. Need to know estimated cost of the structural fill that the pump house is setting on including the landing costs to determine total permit fees. Fee will be $400 plus site prep work calculated cost Still need • Updated site plan showing pump house location, including area dimensions • Construction details for landing • Site Prep work cost estimate • landing cost estimate I think that is all.
