letter of authority, signed by the Owner, must be provided with this Application.
Legal Access. A Building Penn it cannot be issued without proof of legal and adequate access to the property for purposes of inspections by Ut e Building Department
Other Permits. Multiple separate pennits may be required: (I) State Electrical Penni!, (2) County ISDS Penni!, (3) anot her penn it required for use on the property identified above, e.g. State or
County Highway/ Road Access or a State Wastewater Discharge Pe nni!.
Void Permit. A Building Penni! becomes null and void if the work authorized is not commenced within 180 days of th e date of issuance and if work is s us pended or abandoned for a period of 180
days after commen cement.

Code, JSDS regulations and applicable land use regulations (County Regulation(s)). I acknowledge that the Building Penn it may be suspended or revoked, upon noti ce from the Cou nty , if Ute location,
construction or use of th e structure(s) and facili ty(ies), described above, are not in compliance with Cou nty Regulation(s) or any other applicable Jaw .
I hereby grant pemtission to the Building Department to enter the property, described above, to inspect the work . I further acknowledge that Ute issuance of the Building Penni! does not prevent Ute
Building Official from: (I) requiring the correction of errors in the s ubmittals, if any, discovered after issuance; or (2) stoppin g constmction or use of the stmcturc(s) or facility(ies) if such is in violation
of County Regulation(s) or any other applicable law.
Review of this Application, including S\tbmittals, and inspections of the work by the B uilding Department do not constitute an acceptance of responsibi li ty or liability by the County of errors, omissions
