Thanks for both your expertise and time. Andy From: Chris Hale [mailto:chris@mountaincross-eng.com] Sent: Thursday, September 04, 2014 11:35 AM To: Andy Schwaller Cc: 'Mark Gould Jr.' Subject: Storm Water Management Plan for Gould Construction Yard. Andy: Today, September 4, 2014. I met yourself, Craig Heydenberk, Brett Gould, and Mark Gould, Jr. at the Gould Construction yard off of CR 154. We evaluated the implementation of the SWM Plan prepared by Sopris Engineering on behalf of Gould Construction. The plan has been implemented as designed. The BMPs in the field are trapping and removing sediment as designed. I saw no instances where sediment was being transported past the BMP's. The records of rainfall events, inspections, repair, and replacement appear to be in order and ongoing. No corrective action is necessary by Gould Construction at the site at this time. Feel free to call with any questions or comments. Sincerely, Mountain Cross Engineering, Inc. Chris Hale, P.E. 826 1/2 Grand Avenue Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Ph: 970.945.5544 Fx: 970.945.5558 1
