GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING AND PLANNING 970-945-8212 MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS for MANUFACTURED HOMES . 1 In order to understand the scope of the work intended under a permit application and ex edite the issuance of a permit it is important that complete information be provided. Adequate and comple information will prevent delays in the plan review process. Reviewing a plan and the lis very that require information has not been provided by the applicant may result in the delay of the pe ' issuance and in proceeding with building construction, The owner or contractor may be required to provi this infoatio before the plan review may proceed. This causes delays because other plans that are in line fo review ay b given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the ilding Dep ment, Please review this document to determine if you have enough inf rmation t design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review. If you o not, it ay be helpful to obtain a book titled "Dwelling Construction under the Unifordi Building Co e". Th book is available to you through this department at our cost.
