The attached augmentation plan 90 cw102 states that a guest house is allowed and is provided for in paragraph 8 C 1. The plan provides for 350 gpd for the main residence plus 115 gpd for a guest house. The decree does not specifically limit the size of either the main house or the guest house. If you assume 465 total gpd of use for both residences you should be fine for the project you proposed below however you are still subject to the limits of the decree for in house and outside uses . Also Keep in mind that Hawk Ridge has limited tank storage so I would plan on using residential fire sprinklers to meet the fire code NFPA 13D. Call if you have questions.
