I am writing to provide information on expected enrollment for next year in anticipation of our new kindergarten 'facility. Our enrollnzetit this year is 99 students. there are also 9 full time equivalent Ozi-0 :adult employees at the site. That is a total of 108 students and FTEs. 1 -or the 2.000/01 school year, we are expecting a total of 109 students. We anticipate having 10.5 FTEs_ That is a total of 119.5 students and .t 1 Fs. As you are aware, the Waldorf School has invested se.'eral thousand dollars on a continuous monitoring program to track water use and wastewater. We take monthly readings of the meter on our well and have installed a continuous chart recbrder on Our wastewater dosing chamber to track the amount of actual discharge being generaed, A letter rronl Beach Resources will follow next week which details the results or this monitoring. As with our previous annual report, it will confirm that we are using leso than 5 gallons per person/ day. For 119.5 people on site, we expect that about 5'O gallons of wastewater will be delivered to our treatment system each day considerably less than originally estimated in the state formula. j Piease call me with any questions. I can be reached. at 963-3670, faxed at 963-9377, or emailed at bqchultz@strategy.org. '!'hank: Bob GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING AND PLANNING 970-945-8212 MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL OR MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS including NEW CONSTRUCTION ADDITIONS ALTERATIONS and MOVED BUILDINGS In order to understand the scope of the work intended under a permit application and expedite the issuance of a permit it is important that complete information be provided. Adequate and complete information will prevent delays in the plan review process. Reviewing a plan and the discovery that required information has not been provided by the applicant may result in the delay of the permit issuance and in proceeding with building construction. The owner or contractor may be required to provide this information before the plan review may proceed. This causes delays because other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Please review this document to determine if you have enough information to design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review. If you do not, it may be helpful to obtain a book titled "Dwelling Construction Under the Uniform Building Code". This book is available to you through this department at our cost. Also, please consider using a design professional for assistance in your design and a construction professional for construction of your project.
