Authority. This applicati on for a Building Pennit must be signed by the Owner of the property, de scri bed above, or an authorized age nt. If the signat ure below is not that of the Owner, a separate
letter of authority, sig ned by the Owner, must be pro vided with this Application.
Legal Acc ess. A Bui lding Permit cannot be issued with out proof of legal and adeq uate access to th e property for purposes of inspec tions by the Build ing Department.
Other Permits. Multiple separate permit s may be required : (I ) State Elec uical Per mit , (2) Co unty JSDS Permi t, (3 ) another pennit required for us e on the property id e ntifi ed above, e .g. State or
County Hi ghway/ Road Access or a Sta te Wastewater Discharge Permit.
Vo id Permit. A Building Permit becomes null an d void if the work authorized is not commenced within 180 day s of the date of issuance an d if work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180
days after commencement.
