This letter is to confirm the design criteria for the above referenced model and
customer. The building codes to be used in the design and construction include:

2003 International Mechanical Code 2005 National Electrical Code
In as much, the home itself will be designed and constructed to the following criteria:

This home will be constructed as required by the State of Colorado, Division of
Housing's Modular Housing Act (Resolution 10,34 and Rule 1) and the Nebraska Public
Service Commission, Division of Housing's Modular Housing Rules and Regulations.
The approval of design will be performed by both agencies. The actual inspection of the
home will be completed by the Nebraska Public Service Commission as per written
agreement of reciprocity with the Colorado Division of Housing. Evidence of
compliance will be a Nebraska label in the living room window of the home. One
Colorado compliance label (referred to as "FB" labels) will be found under the kitchen
sink in a base cabinet. One additional label will be located in each additional "module"
in either a wardrobe, vanity or head cabinet. The home will also have a "Data Plate" that
will identify specific design criteria of the home. This data plate is usually located in a
wardrobe near the water heater, in a washer/dryer head cabinet or on the electrical panel
board door.
