RE: Exemptionfrom the DeJinition of Subdivision
Dear Mr. Beecraft,
The purpose of this letter is to notifu you that the application you submitted for an Exemption from
the Definition of Subdivision has been deemed technically incomplete due to certain deficiencies in
your submittal. Please address the following:
1) Please sign and return the enclosed "Agreement to pay,, form;
2) Evidence of soil tlpes and characteristics of each type located on the properfy;
3) Provide a letter of approval of fire protection plan from the appropriate fire district in which
the subject property is located; and
4) It shall be demonstrated that the parcel existed as described on January 1,1973 or the parcel
as it exists presently is one of not more than three parcels created from a larger parcel, as it
existed on January 1,1973.
