I had a meeting this morning with Nana Karumidze who owns a property at 126 ~4 Hwy 82 near Carbondafe.' She had
been in touch with Gale over not having building permits and possibly needing a Land Use Change Permit for an ADU. At
the meeting, she decided to not do a full kitchen and only put in a wet bar. As a result, Andy met with her about Building
Permit requirements and she will not be submitting for an ADU Permit.
