S 24-32€301, as amended, and Resolutlon #35 of the Colorado State Housing Boad) utlllzed for a period of time not longer than 1 year or as otherwlse spedfled, for workerc wfio are engaged in commerclal, lndustrial, minera! eldractlon, or hlghway ryeratlons and who are needed to support the proper executlon and sabty of the related operatlons. Temporary Employee Houslng, shall not indude Recrea$onalVehlcbs, except ln a Small Facility. Mkror Tenrporary Houslng Facllities, alsb refened to as "Minor Facllltles,'shall have aS ol the folbwlng bash cfiaraderistics: a) The Mlnor Facility and any associated lnfrastructure must be cornpletely contained withln a State or Federally-permitted parcel (i.e. CoG@-approved olUgas well pad) ln which reclamation and rcvegetatlon arc securcd wlth the permining agency (Permltted Slts) ; b) The Mlnor Fadlig is located at the Permltted Site for less than a crmulatfue of :1 . year; and c) The Minor Facility shall have occupancy of 9 to 24 people who ale employees, contriactors, or subcontractors of the operator and are suppoillng the proper execnrtion and safety of the related commerclal, lndustrial, extraction, or hlghway operations. 3. The Mlnor Facility shall adhere to the following Mlnor Permlt standards: a) Mlnor FaciliUes must comply with all appllcable Federal, State, and local hws and regulatftons. b) The Shertffs Office and relevantfire protection district(s) must be notifled at leasl 24 hours pdor lo lnstallatlon and removal of each Minor Facllity. The Communlty. Development Depaftment *all be copled on all such notification, whether hard oopy or elechonb.
