It is my understanding that you do not wish to include the porch on this renewal. Our records indicate that the last inspection was done on May 12, 2000. As you are aware, a permit is good for 6 months to start with and as long as you continue to get inspections within each six month period then the permit will continue to be in affect. Enclosed is your receipt for $112.40, which is half of the permit fee that was required to reinstate the garage portion of the permit.
