HomeMy WebLinkAbout3.0 Director's Determination 08.11.16Garfield County August 1 1, 2016 CMH Homes, lnc. c/o Steven Snyder 671 23 Road Grand Junction, CO 81505 DIRECTOR DETERMINATION - Amended Final Plat - Rifle Village South Lots 8 and 9 (File No. FPAA-04-1 6-8448) Dear Mr. Snyder, This letter is provided to you, as the representative for Garfield County File FPAA O4-16- 8448, pertaining to an Amended Plat to remove the lot line between Lot 8 and Lot g, Block 3 of the Rifle Village South Subdivision. This letter is notification that your request to amend the final plat of Rifle Village South, Block 3, Lot 8 and Lot t has been reviewed by the Community Development Department and the Director hereby issues a determination conditionally approving the request. The conditions of approval are as follows: 1. That all representations of the Applicant contained in the Application submittals shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended or modified by the conditions contained herein. 2. The Applicant has 90 days within which to satisfy conditions of approval and provide the following documentation for BOCC signature and recordation: a. A plat mylar with signed Certificates that include Dedication Ownership, Title, Taxes, Applicant's Surveyor, Lienholders and mortgagees; b. Recording Fees. Notice of this decision will be provided to the Board of County Commissioners who has the ability to 'call-up'the application for review at a public hearing. You will be notified of the Board decision once it is received or upon expiration of the 10 day notice period (Sunday August 21,2016 - Etfectively Monday August 22,2016). and any Feel free to contact myself or David questions regarding this decision.
