The legal description of the Certificate of Designation boundary as approved by the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners on December 15, 1997 and amended on March 9, 1999 shall be amended to the following description: That portion of the SWI/4 SWI/4 in Section 2, lying southerly of the northerly line of the Landfill access road The SWI/4 SW1/4; the SE1/4 SWI/4; the SI/2 SW1/4SE1/4; the S1/2SE1/4 SE1/4; the SW1/4NW1/4SE1/4, the NW1/4SW1/4SE1/4, the W1/2NE1/4SW1/4SE1/4, the SE1/4NE1/4SW1/4, and the E1/2SW1/4NE1/4SW1/4 all in Section 3 N1/2NE1/4NW1/4,the N1/2NW1/4NE1/4,the N1/2NE1/4NE1/4 all in Section 10 That portion of the NI/2 NW1/4 NWI/4 in Section '11, lying southerly of the northerly line of the Landfill access road and westerly of the westerly line of County Road 134, T6S, R90 W of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Garf eld County, Colorado.
