Dear Don:
I have a client who is interested in purchasing lots in Rifle Village South, which have apparently
been acquired by the County through a tax sale or some related process. The lots are identified as
Lots2} through 30, Block 8, Rifle Village South Subdivision.
It appears from the Assessor's records that these lots do not have legal access, but my client is
willing to acquire them without any express or implied warranty of access if the price is right.
WoulJyou pliase advise me whether this inquiry should be directed through your offtces or directly
to the Commissionsrs or to the Garfreld County Treasurer? I will be pleased to discuss this matter
with you at your earliest convenience.

Amended Fina1 PIat of a portion of Block I of the Rif1e VillageSouth Subdivision. I observed the elevation of the centerline of
Shotgun Street at the mid-point of the lot and added two feetr 68
recommended by the drainage report. All elevations stated arerelative to an elevation of 5326.60 on the rebar and cap at the NEcorner of Lot 8 in Block 8.
