The lots are identified as Lots2} through 30, Block 8, Rifle Village South Subdivision. It appears from the Assessor's records that these lots do not have legal access, but my client is willing to acquire them without any express or implied warranty of access if the price is right. WoulJyou pliase advise me whether this inquiry should be directed through your offtces or directly to the Commissionsrs or to the Garfreld County Treasurer?
