WHEREAS, EanI E. and Maxine C. Patton have petitioned the Boand of
County Commissioners of Ganfield County, Colonado, fon an exemPtion from
the definition of the tenms t'subdivisiontr and. 'tsubdivided landrr unden
g. R. S. tg7g, Section 30-28-101(10)(a)-(d) as amended, and the Subdivision
RegUJ-ations of Ga:rfield County, Colo:rado, adopted Septembe:: t, t972 anld
amended Apnil 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and 3.02.01, fon the division
of a. twenty (2.0) acre tract into two (2) tr"acts of two (2) acnes he:reinaften
tract rtArr and eighteen (18) aez.es hereinaften tract trBil, more on l-ess, and
said twenty (20) acre tract is more panticulanly descnibed as follows:
SE1-(SE16I{k and SWlfHkSEk of Section 17, Township 7 South,
Range 95 West of the Sixth P::incipal Menidian.
WHEFEAS, the Petitione::s have denpnstnated to the satisfaction of the
Boand of County Conurnissioners of Ganfield County, Colo:rado' that they desine
said exemption fon the purpose of ne.-sale into single-family residential
acreage; and,
WHEREAS, the Petitionens have demonstnated to the satisfaction of the
Boand of County Conrnissioner:s of Ganfield County, Colonado, that waten wi'll
s traet of land and if necessarSr, thene is abe supplied fronr the nei;hboring t::aet of land
neasonable probabit-ity of locating domestic wate:: on said tract I'Arr, that
the:re is adequate ingress and eppess to said tract, that the location of
septic tanks will be penmitted by the Colonado Depantment of Health' that
the :requested division is in accondance with the genenal punposes and intent
of the Subdivision Regulations of the State of Colorado and the County of
GanfieLd and should thenefore, be exempted from the definition of the tenms
t'subdivision" and "subdivided land'r as set forEh in C. R. S. 1973' Section
30-28-101(10)(a)-(d) as amended;

above pnovided, howeven, that said exemption is conditioned on the Petitionen
