WHEREAS, EARL E. and IfiXINE C. PATT0N have petitioned the Board of County
Conrnissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for an exemption under C.R.S. (tSZSI
Section 30-28-lOI (10) (a) - (d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of
Garfield County, CoIorado, adopted Septenber 1, 1972 and anrended ApriI Ig, 1975,
Sections 1.0?.17 (d) and 3.02.01, for the division of a 20 acre parcel into two
parcels of 2 and 18 acres, more or less, and said 20 acre parcel is rpre
particularly described as follows: l

WHEREAS, the Petitioners have demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Board
of County Conmissioners of Garfield County, CoIorado, that they desire said
exemption for the purpose of re-sale into single-family residential acreage; and,
WHEREAS, the Petitioners have denronstrated to the satisfaction of the Board
that waterwill be supplied from the neighboring tract of land and if necessary,
therc is a reason&ble probability of locating donestic water on said two acre
tract, that therre is adequate ingress and egress to said tract, that the location
of septic tanks will be permitted by the Colorado Departnent of Health, that the
requested division is in accordance with the general purposes and intent of the
Subdivision Regulations of the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield and
should therefore, be exempted from the definition of the tertm "subdivision" and
"subdivided Iand" as'set forth in C.R.S. (I973) Section 30-28-10l (10) (a) - (A)
as anrended;
