ftcient to determine if permits for tndtvidual wells could be tssued.
Due to this, we must ask that thts proposal be held in abeyance unttl a
mone detailed locatton is provlded.

We have reviewed the materlal submttted for the above referenced
exemptlon appllcatlon. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would tntercept gnound water which ts trtbutary to
the Colorado River at a polnt where there ts still water avatlable for
approprlatton. This office can tssue indtvidual domesttc well permtts
to tndtvldual lot purchasers and we recommend approval of the Melzers
Exemptton.
