Location is a little different that discussed at the meeting. This is likely due to the datum difference from the FEMA maps to the project Datum. FEMA map is on Nad29 and Project is on Nad88. Difference is 4.44 down from project datum to FEMA datum. attached the mapping which was overlaid on google and matched really well to the county roads. I took the Flood elevation at the high side of the property and determined to be 6207. If this is converted to project elevation that would be 6207+ 4.44 or 6211.44. The lowest garage is 6214.5.
