for Garfield County,Colorado, held at the Commissioners' Annex' in
Glenwood' Springs on Monday , .the lst day of October A.D.

When the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-216
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITS THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION BY BRADLEY DAVIS AND JANIS PROVISOR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, has received an application from Bradley Davis and Janis
Provisor for a Conditional Use permit for ,a home occupation on the
following described tract of land:
The West 385 feet of the East -1155 feet of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section
11, Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M.
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEi�EAS, the Board on the basis of the evidence produced at a public
meeting on September 24, 1984, has made the following determination of
fact:
i) That the proposed conditional use complies with the Garfield
County Zoning resolution requirements for a home occupation.
2) That for the above stated and other reasons, the proposed
conditional use is in the best interest of the health, safety,
morals convenience, order, prosperity, and welfare of the
citizens of Garfield County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado that a Conditional Use permit be and hereby is authorized
permitting the use of the above described tract of land for a home
occupation_, upon the following specific conditions:
1) That the conditional use shall comply witn ali regulations of
Garfield County related to the accessory use of a residence for a
home occupation.
2) That the subject property will n, --t be used for commercial
purposes.
3) This permit shall be valid only for an art studio.
