At a regular meeting of the Board of County
Co,wunissioners for Garfield County, Colorado, held in the Commissioners
Meeting Room, Garfield County Courthouse, in Glenwood Springs on
Monday , the 7th of January A. D. 19 91 , there
were present:

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-003
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION BY JUDITH BRADSHAW.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, has received application from Judith Bradshaw for a home
occzpation on the following described tract of land:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEREAS, the Board held a public meeting on the26th day of
November, 1990, upon the question of whether the above-described
Conditional Use Permit should be granted or denied, at which meeting the
public and interested persons were given the opportunity to express
their opinions regarding the issuance of said Conditional Use Permit;
and
WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of substantial competent evidence
produced at the aforementioned meeting, has made the following
determination of fact:
1. That the meeting before the Board of County Commissioners was
extensive and complete, that all pertinent facts, matters and
issues were submitted and that all interested parties were
heard at that meeting.
2. That the application is in compliance with the Garfield County
Zoning Resolution of 1978, as amended.
3. For the above stated and other reasons, the proposed use is in
the best interest of the health, safety, morals, convenience;
order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of Garfield
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County, Colorado, that the Conditional Use Permit be and
hereby is authorized permitting the use of the above described tract of
land for a home occupation upon the following specific conditions:
1. All proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions
of approval unless stated otherwise by the Board of County

Commissioners.
2. The applicant shall. have 120 days from date of conditional
approval to meet all conditions of approval. The Conditional
Use Perm -.t shall expire 120 days after issuance, unless
construction or use has commenced.
3. The facility shall be designed, constructed and operated in
conformance with all State Health Department ,regulations.
Prior to the commencement of operation, the applicant shall
provide verification of approval from the State Health
Department.
4. Any necessary County or State building permits shall be
obtained.

n accordance with and pursuane to the provisions of the
Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1979, as amended, and
Resolution No. of the Board of County Commissioners of
Garfield County, Colorado, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by
Conditional Use Permit,, the following activity:
Home occupation
on the following described tract of land in Garfield County,
Colorado:
See Attached Exhibit.
The within Conditional use Permit is issued subject to the
conditions ,yet forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shaI.l
be valid only during compliance with such, conditions and other
applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution,
subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of
the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County.
NOTE: This Permit shall expire 120 days after issuance unless
construction or use has commenced within that time period or unless
the Garfield'. County Board of County Commissioners has issued an ----
extension of this permit prior to it's expiration date. ---
