At a regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners for Garfield County, Colorado, held at the Commissioners'
Meeting Roorn at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs on
the 20th day of January A.D. 1986 , there were present:

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-07
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF ROBERT L. HART
FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, Robert L. Hart, has filed a petition with the Board of
County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for approval of a
Conditional Use permit to permit a home occupation in accordance with
Sections 5.03 and 9.02 of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1978,'
as amended; and
WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits, study of the
master plan for the unincorporated area of the County, comments of the
Garfield County Planning Department, comments of public officials and
agencies, comments from all interested parties,. this Board finds as
follows:
1. That the application for the Conditional Use permit meets all
requirements of the Zoning Resolution. of Garfield County;
2. That the proposed land use will be compatible with the existing
land uses in the nearby area;
3. That for the above stated and other reasons, the proposed
Conditional Use permit is in the best interest of the health,
safety, morals, order, convenience, prosperity, and welfare of
the citizens of Garfield County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Garfield County, Colorado that the application of Robert L. Hart for a
Conditional Use permit on the following described property be and hereby
is granted and approved subject to the following conditions:
1. All proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions of
approval unless stated otherwise by the Board of County
Commissioners;
2. The permit shall be valid for a period of two (2) years, from the
date of signing this Resolution;
3. That all portable toilets will be screened from obvious view by
either a fence or vegetation.

PRACTICAL DESCRIPTION: Adjacent to the Town.of Carbondale on State
Highway 133.
