for Garfield County_,.Colorado, held at the Commissioners' Annex in
Glenwood Springs on Tuesday_. the "9th day of October A.D.

When the following proceedings," among others were.nad and.done,-to-wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-220
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION BY CANDACE VAN BERLO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, has received an application from Candace Van Berio for a
Conditional Use permit for a home occupation; more specifically a beauty
salon on the following described tract of land:
A 2 1/2 acre parcel in Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 88 West, of
the 6th 'P.M. (0176 Daisy Lane).
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEREAS, the Board held a hearing on the 1st day of October, 1984,
upon the question of whether the above described Conditional Use permit
should be granted or denied; and
WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of the evidence produced at the
aforementioned nearing, has made the following determination of fact:
1) That the hearing before the Board of County Commissioners was
extensive and complete, that pertinent facts, matters and issues
were submitted and that all interested parties were hearts at that
hearing.
2) That the proposed land use will not endanger the character of the
land uses in the surrounding area.
3) That if all conditions of approval are met, then for the above
stated and other reasons, the proposed use is in, the best
interest of the health, safety, morals, convenience, order,
prosperity and weltare of the citizens of Garfield County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Gar.tield County,
Colorado that a Conditional Use permit oe and hereby is autnorized
permitting a home occupation for a beauty salon on the above described
tract of land upon the following specific conditions;
1) That the use of the tract of land comply with all regulations of
Garfield County relating to a nome occupation.
