when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to-wit-(I -I
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION BY
NIESLANIK BROTHERS.
WHEREAS; the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County has received an application
from Nieslanikc Brothers For a conditional use permit for a mobile home for a full-time
ranch hand on the following described tract of land:
NW NW Section 11, Township 8 South, Range 88 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian in Garfield County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board has considered the recommendation of the Garfield County
Planning Director that a public hearing is not necessary upon the question of whether.
.the above described conditional use permit should be granted or denied; and
WHEREAS, the Board, on the basis of the said recommendation has made the following
determinations of fact:
1. The proposed use is compatible with the uses existing and permitted in the '
district in which itis to be located, (provided that certain hereinafter contained
conditions be complied with).
2. The proposed use should be considered -a conditional use due to authorization
and regulation of the proposed use by the Federal/State Governments.
r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, that
a conditional use permit be and hereby is authorized permitting the use of the above
described tract of land for a mobile home for a full-time ranch hand upon the following
specific conditions:
1. That the use of the tract of land comply with all present and future regulations
of Garfield County relating to a mobile home for a full time ranch hand in the zone _district
in which the property is now or may later be located.
2. All propnsals of.,the applicant shall be considered conditions of approval unless
:stated otherwise by the Board of County Commissioners.
3. If the ranch property .is sold, the applicant will notify the Planning Department.
4,. The original mobile home be disconnected from all utilities and not used as a
residence after the new mobile home is placed on-site.
