C O @yRr County of Garfield ) GAEFI£LG COUNTY, Gt LORAno At a regular meeting of the Board of County, Commissioners 'far Garfield County, Colorado, held at the 'Commissioners` Annex in Glenwood Springs on Monday , the 23 day of July A.D. 1984 , there were present: Larry Velasquez , Commissioner Chairman Flaven'J. Cerise , commissioner Eugene "Jim'' DrinkhogQe , Commissioner Earl Rhodes , County Attorney 'Mildred Alsdorf Clerk of the Board when the following_ proceedings, among others ;were had and dome, to -wit: RESOLUTION NO. 84-135 A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH .THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONALUSE PERMIT APPLICATION. BY GEORGE LOCKE FOR 'A MOBILE HOME AS 'A PRINCIPLE :USE -OF A:LOT,.; WHEREAS, the Board; of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, has received an application from George Locke for a'Conditional Use; permit for a mobile: home as a principle use of a :lot on the following described'tr.act of land: A parcel of land situated in lots 21 and 30 of Section l, -Township 7 South,, Range 89 West, referred to as Parcel 3 of the George Locke exemption approvedbyResolution #82-105; located approximately 5.5 miles south of Glenwood Springs off County Road 167. (in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and The Board.conducted a public hearing on the 9th day of July, 1984 upon the question of whether the above described:Conditional Use permit should be granted or -denied; and WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of the evidence produced at he aforementioned hearing, has made the following determination of pact: 1 That -the hearing before the Garfield County Commissioners was extensive.and complete, that all _pertinent facts,.matters and issues were submitted and ,that all interested parties were heard. at the hearing. 2. That the Conditional Use application conforms to Section 5.03 of the Garfield County Zoning Regulations governing the Approval or Disapproval of .a Petition for a Mobile :Hoene Conditional Use permit. 3. That for the above stated and other reasons, the proposed Mobile Home Conditional Use permit is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of Garfield Count -;y. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado that a Conditional Use permit be and hereby is authorized permitting the use of the above described tract`c;f land for a mobile nome' as a principle use of a lot upon the following specific conditions: 1. That the use of the tract of land comply with all present and future regulations of .Garfield County relating to -the location and use of mobile`homes.in the zone district in which the 11 property is located.
