Attachment to Special Use Permit Application for the Mayer-
Troyer House - Addition to existing guesthouse
Requesting Permit for Accessory Dwelling Unit
We are requesting permission to add a living room to our existing guesthouse' which
currently has only a kitchen, bedroom and ttree-quarter bath' Plans call for creating an
access to the bathroom from the ne* liuing room and. switching the bath facilities around'
but there is no increase in bathroom facilities and no increase in bedroom space'
This addition will provide a more suitable and comfortable guesthouse, which will be
used for personal and paying guests of current property owners' Type and number of
vehicles accessing;;Jp*tffil be of personal'use type and perhaps 12 trips per month'
No other proposed utility improvements as there is suffrcient electrical power currently
available to the guesthouse.
Addressing number 2:
Amount of water that will be used is difficult to quantify as we haven't rented the
guesthouse before. Under optimal conditions, this guesthouse would be rented to
paying guests a*a*imum two weekends a month and personal guests a few times per
year. Based on what we currently use now (our well is.metered), an additional
