SPECIAL USE PERMIT

In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfreld County Zontng
Resolution of 1978, as amended, and Resolution No. 2003:80 of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use
Permit, the following activity:
Accessory Dwetling Unit at 4341 County Road 1L7, Glenwood Springs, CO
The Special Use Perrnit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above-
mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during cornpliance with such conditions and
other applicabie provisions of the Garfreld County ZoningResolution, Subdivision
Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado.
