Clerk of the Board when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit: RESOLUTION NO. 80-61 RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPLICATION OF PAULA. AMICHAUX FOR A ZONE DISTRICT AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, Paul A. Amichaux is the owner of all of the following real property situated in the County of Garfield, State of Colorado, to -wits A. A tract of land situate in Section 6, Township 6 South, Range.89 West of the ,6th Principal Meridian being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point whence the southwest corner of Section 34, Town- ship 5 South, Range 89 West of the 6th Principal Meridian bears East 813 feet and N 39 degrees 17' E 1005.5 feet; thence South 820 feet more or less to the northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 6 and 24; thence westerly along said highway right-of-way line 675 feet' more or less to the west line of said Section 6; thence North along said section line 1500 feet more or less to the northwest corner of said Section 6; thence East 240 feet more or less along the north line of said Section 6 to the northwest corner of a tract of land described in Document No. 70488 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado; thence South 770 feet along the west line ,of said tract described in Document No. 70488; thence East 435 feet more or less along the south line of said tract to the point of beginning. Property contains approximately 16.5 acres. B. A tract of land situate in Section 6, Township 6 South, West of the 6th Principal Meridian being more particularly as follows: Range 89 described Beginning at a point whence the southwest corner of Section 34, Town- ship 5 South, Range 89 West of the 6th Principal Meridian bears East 423 feet and N 39 degrees 17' E 1005.5 feet; thence South 850 feet more or less to the northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 6 and 24; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of said Highway 385 feet more or less; thence North 820 feet more or less to the south boundary line of a tract of land described in Document No. 70488 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado; thence East along said south boundary line 390 feet to the point of beginning. Property contains approximately 7.6 acres. and has made application tothe Board of County Commissioners of Garfiel County, Colorado,for a zone district amendment changing the zone dis- trict designation for all of said property from A/R/RD-Agricultural/ Residential/Rural Density to C/L - Commercial/Limited; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado,.has in accordance with the requirements of Section 10.04 of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution referred said application to the Planning Commission for its consideration and recommendation; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon consideration of said application has recommended that the zone district amendment be approved, and the Planning Commission has accordingly forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners its recommendation that said appli- cation be granted; and
