This home has been here for 80 years. The Rydens always hauled water, there is a 4000 gallon cistern. We've hauled water for 2 ll2 years and will continue to haul water, Ryden used this property as a rental, and the tenants hauled water. I'm requesting to keep this house for a number of reasons, one being it has been here for almost 80 plus years, second it adds character to the 22 acre parcel and was part of the reason we purchased this property. You asked me to indicate the volume of traffic that wilt be generated by this residence, I will reply againthis traffic will be minimal, we will use this house as a guest house it is only 810 sq. ft.
