HomeMy WebLinkAboutConditions of PermitCONDITIONS OF PERMIT BLRE-10-16-4478 Bill Rice Detached Steel Shop Building MJN Subdivision Exemption — Lot C Carbondale, Colorado 1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE, 2009 INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATION CODE, AND MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS. 2) REFER TO PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. 3) BUILDING IS APPROVED ASA DETACHED RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE. 4) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE WILL BE IN COMFORMANCE WITH BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS. 5) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2,000 PSF MINIMUM SOILS BEARING CAPACITY. 6) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAME INSPECTION. 7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
