Molly Orkild-Larson From: Sent: To: Subject: Importance: Busch, Renata [Renata.Busch©encana.com] Wednesday, December 05, 2012 4:13 PM Molly Orkild-Larson Molly*Encana Temporary Office Trailer on Solvay Lot High Molly — Encana's Temporary Office building was vacated October 22nd; all utilities, potable water and sewage vault have been removed from the site. As well as, Encana has paid the demobilization and return freight to the trailer owner. However, the trailer has yet to be removed. The final COA to comply with states, "Once the temporary office building is vacated by the Applicant, this building and the potable water and sewage vault and haul systems shall be removed from the subject site. Upon completion of removal of the structures mentioned above, the Applicant shall contact the Garfield County Building Department to schedule an inspection." As my voicemail indicated; we are having a bit of resistance from the owner of the trailer and believe at some point, that this vacant structure could pose a liability to Solvay. Please advise on setting up to inspect the site and how you might be able to assist in prompting the removal of the trailer. Your thoughts on the matter would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
