He is also putting the required drainage on the driveway from top to bottom. Mr. Anthony and I spoke and he approved our plan to divert all the runoff water into the pastures on either side of the drive before we finish graveling it. The driveway is next to the pasture on the east side. There are two structures on the west side relatively close to the drive and separated by quite a distance. Once the grading is done and the gravel is on the drive, it should accommodate getting anything large, like the house, easily up to the site. I could estimate that the present drive varies from 12 to 15 feet in width from bottom to top. At present, the renter has a lot of wood stacked at the top of the drive, but it is being moved out and sold and that will clear more room for any machinery that needs to move in or out. We are also removing a few trees at the top of the drive to give us more room there. We are 2 also putting a solid apron from the road to the drive with gutters on either side as Mr. Anthony suggested. I will have a site map submitted to you in the next week with the water lines and the septic systems.
